HSF hangs Mayer Brown as head of insurance in London

Law360, London (July 23, 2021, 6:28 p.m. BST) – Law firm Herbert Smith Freehills LLP has hired an insurance adjuster from Mayer Brown to bolster its professional indemnity and regulatory practice, rehiring one of its former lawyers after a 21-year gap.

Will Glassey is stepping down as co-head of the global insurance team at Mayer Brown LLP to join his former firm as a partner on its litigation team, HSF said on Wednesday.

Glassey will continue to specialize in insurance litigation and professional indemnity cases, his new firm said.
